M&L Velocita provides web design and development, mobile app design and development, UI/UX and strategy, SEO services, and website redesign services, along with our own digital products (such as Mwalimu Plan and NiaTunes). Package pricing shown on this Website is indicative and intended to help you estimate the investment for your project; final scope, timeline, and pricing for any engagement are confirmed in a written proposal or agreement between you and M&L Velocita before work begins.

2. Client Portal

If you are a client, we may provide you with access to a private Client Portal to track your project. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at mlvelocita@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing for your specific project, ownership of final deliverables (such as source code, designs, and content created for you) transfers to you upon full payment for the project. M&L Velocita retains the right to reuse general know-how, frameworks, and tools developed in the course of our work, and to showcase completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing.

4. Payment

Payment terms, including deposits, milestones, and due dates, are set out in your individual project agreement or invoice. Packages and prices listed on this Website are subject to change and do not constitute a binding offer until confirmed in writing for your specific project.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use this Website to submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Website, including other clients' Client Portal accounts or data.
